These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TMP Creative Solutions LLC ("TMP", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of The Buyer's AI Advantage workshop (the "Workshop") and this website. By using this site, registering for, or attending the Workshop, you agree to these Terms.
The Workshop is a live, virtual two-day training event for procurement professionals, held October 5–6, 2026, 6:00–8:00 PM CST. Depending on the package you select (Free, VIP, or Platinum), it may include live sessions, role-specific customization, a digital workbook (the TMP AI Command Center booklet), and guided instruction on building AI assistant workflows. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the sessions and materials included in your package for your own professional use.
You must not misuse the Workshop, this site, or its materials, including:
Because the Workshop teaches the use of generative AI tools, you also agree that you are responsible for your own prompts and inputs, for how you use AI-generated outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide. You must not use AI tools covered in the Workshop to produce illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, or malware. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional judgment in regulated or high-stakes decisions — you remain the decision-maker.
TMP Creative Solutions LLC retains all ownership of the Workshop, its content, materials, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. AI-assisted outputs you create using your own inputs during the Workshop are yours to use in your work; if you believe any Workshop content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove material where appropriate.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. All Workshop packages are one-time purchases; there are no recurring subscriptions.
We do not guarantee that the site or the live sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free. If a session is disrupted on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replay or reschedule.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. If your access ends, your right to Workshop materials ends, except for content you created yourself.
The Workshop and its materials are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Workshop provides education, not legal, financial, or procurement advice for your specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, and disputes will be resolved in its courts. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
