Our guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid packages for The Buyer's AI Advantage workshop (VIP and Platinum), sold by TMP Creative Solutions LLC. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• Email us at Tarsha.Montgomery@TMPConsultingAI.com with the email address you used to register, and we'll process your request through Paddle.

Good to know

• The Free (Day 1) package involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
• Upgrades from VIP to Platinum follow the same 30-day guarantee from the date of each purchase.
• Approved refunds return to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
